This weekend's been kinda sucky. Ryan's been sick so we didn't get to take our trip to the Shilthorn, one of the mountains down near Interlaken. I was disappointed as that would be our last chance to get to see the mountains before winter. I am hoping the Baganz's will want to go with us when they are here so I can get my fix.
So, in an effort to keep Chance occupied, let Ryan rest, and maintain some form of sanity, I've drug Chance to the gym both days. Exercise makes mommy happy. Yesterday when I picked up Chance from the gym he had made friends with the cutest little girl about his age, with long curly brown locks. She was a charmer, and I could tell they had really taken to eachother. Was that an understatement today. Chance walked in the door to find Maya delighted to see that he had returned. We learned today (well I did at least....) that Maya speaks English. When Chance arrived, Maya grabbed Chance threw him against the wall and planted the biggest kiss on him ON THE LIPS no doubt.

He didn't even flinch. She then extended her hand out and off they went. I returned to find the German speaking caretaker saying "ayayay" to me as she shook her head at those two. We put Chance's shoes on to leave and he had to go back for one last long hug from his new love. Perhaps this will be incentive for him to willingly go back next weekend, as we won't be traveling that weekend either.
Stirling arrives tonight, we are actually waiting on him now. I am beat as I have been cleaning ALL day with no help from the troops. I'm at least catching my breath with a little Survivor on the slingbox.
