Okay, you know it's cold when the temperature gage says -3...(or 27 F). I like the sound of -3 better cause it seems to represent how cold it really is!!!!!!!!!!!!! BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Here's some of our two favorite performers singing about the cold....we miss being in Texas to see their Chritmas show! Here's Bruce Robison and Kelly Willis:

Love is in the Air
Chance is just like his daddy......he seems to go for the older women. First it was Leah, a 3rd grader who wouldnt really give him the time of day, despite his relentlessly following her around. Recently he has moved on to a 2nd grader named Nora from Sweden. This is a picture of her with her mom at Athletics practice. She now has her hair cut in a short bob. Apparently the two of them really like eachother! My conversation with Chance yesterday went like this:
Chance: "Ahhh, I bet Nora was SO sad that I missed school today."
Me: Ya, I bet she was. She's really special to you, isn't she?
Chance: "Ya, she's my girlfriend"
Me: What makes her your girlfriend?
Chance: "She's really nice to me, and she doesn't hit me. She can sit right next to me when we eat cake at my birthday party."

These Boots Aren't Made for Walking

Last weekend Ryan went down to Davos, a town in the mountains to have custom ski boots made. This has been his long awaited birthday present. He was so excited cause finally he has a pair of boots that won't hurt his feet, not to mention they will make him look extra cool and be super speedy on the slopes. The red parts are deisgned to give the foot flex, where most boots remain rigid there. They are something I think Batman would wear if he went skiing. The place Ryan found fits all of the professional skiers and I guess the walls were covered with thank you letters from lots of famous people. Ryan got personal service from the owner/boot designer himself, and he found out that his foot was not the best genetically engineered......it's too wide in the front, to narrow in the heel, and too tall. I always knew something was a little off about Ryan and now I am glad to have it pinned down. He even got those bad boys autographed. Maybe now when we go skiing Ryan can actually keep up with me now.
